I'm Kris, born and raised in the Charleston area, a veteran and family man. My two daughters are my why in everything I do in life - leading me to my belief that honesty and integrity are the fundamental keys to success, both in and out of real estate. My goal is not to be a salesman - but to establish relationships with my clients. I want each client to feel comfortable in their transactions, with no questions left unanswered. I have a background in communications and enjoy web design on the side. On days off you may find me enjoying a nice boat day on the Charleston Harbor with my family. I desire to educate first-time home buyers and work alongside them to achieve their financial success. Why work with a buyer's agent?
Your agent knows the area like the back of his hand. He may be able to recommend areas or neighborhoods that you don't even know exist. He also knows the market and knows how to get you in the best home for your budget. He has access to more listings than you will find on home search sites - some listings that aren't advertised that you would never find on your own. He will negotiate to get you the best home for the best price and make sure all of your contingencies (home inspection, repairs, appraisal etc.) are met prior to closing.
Why work with a seller's agent?
Your agent knows the best ways to market your home when selling. He has access to multiple listing services and has connections with other agents whose buyers may be looking for your exact house. Your home will be advertised much further than you would be able to do on your own. He also knows what buyers are looking for and will help with recommendations to get your home in showing condition. He will negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest price in the quickest amount of time. Your agent will work with the buyer's agent, lender, inspector, appraiser, closing attorneys and title company so that you can relax knowing the process is handled.

Work with an Agent
View homes with your agent - as many as it takes - when you've found "the one" place an offer and get it under contract
Have the home inspected and repaired according to your contract - the lender will also have the home appraised
Get Your Keys!
Do your final walk-through with your agent - attend closing, and get the keys to your new home!
